Do you sell brand new products?

We only sell brand new, factory-sealed products. All products include a manufacturer's warranty and come with manufacturer provided instructions.

Do you sell outside of the U.S.?

At this time we are only authorized to sell within the United States, U.S. Territories and to U.S. military personnel serving overseas (APO & FPO addresses). Please visit our International Orders page for more information.

Why can't you ship to Iowa?

The state of Iowa requires that all dealers selling electronic radon gas detectors in their state go through a process that is unique and time consuming. No other state has these restrictions and RadonZone.com has opted not to participate. Click here if you would like to purchase the detector from a Iowa approved dealer.

Why can't you ship to New Jersey?
